Alternate Acts

Afflictions
Enemies can corrupt your cards with adverse modifications mid-run.
Sly (Silent)
Sly cards auto-play for free when discarded, enabling new discard-combo archetypes.
Featured Cards
Signature cards from each character — showcasing new mechanics, synergies, and the expanded card design of Slay the Spire 2.

Deal 8 damage. Cannot be obtained normally — created by Forge cards. Scales with each Forge played.

Deal 3 damage to all enemies 3 times. Apply 3 Doom to all enemies.

Deal 13 damage to ALL enemies. Exhaust.

Deal 18 damage. Costs 1 less Energy for each time you lose HP in combat.

Whenever you draw a card containing "Strike", it is played against a random enemy.

Deal 7 damage. Apply 1 Weak. Apply 1 Vulnerable. Costs 2 Stars.

Whenever you play a card that costs 2 or more, gain 4 Block.

About Slay the Spire 2
Slay the Spire 2 is the sequel to the genre-defining roguelike deck-builder by Mega Crit Games. Built in the Godot engine, it features a newly evolved Spire with five playable characters — Ironclad, The Silent, The Defect, The Necrobinder, and The Regent — each with unique mechanics like Orbs, Doom, Souls, Stars, Sly, and Forge. Major new systems include Alternate Acts (Overgrowth / Underdocks), Enchantments, Quest cards, Afflictions, and Ancients that replace boss relics with Act-entry blessings. Early Access launches on Steam on March 5, 2026 supporting PC, macOS, Steam Deck, and likely Linux — with more countable content than StS1 had at its Early Access.
